Scope and Contents
This is a bound volume containing both publications and personal papers. Publications include, in order, the Boston Society of Natural History (BSNH) publication On the Systematic Position of the Brachiopoda by Morse, the Position of the Brachiopoda in tne Animal Kingdom by Morse for "American Naturalist," The Brachiopoda, a Division of Anneida for the American Journal of Science and Arts, sections of reviews and book notices from various journals, The Affinity of the Mollusca and Molluscoida by W.K. Brooks from the proceedings of the BSNH, and clippings from science and naturalist journals. Following this are pencil and ink drawings (presumably by Morse) and letters to Morse -- both loose and pasted into the volume. There are also some illustrated book plates pasted into the volume. A few loose sections from other publications are tucked into the back, along with more letters, cards, and newspaper clippings.
