This collection features 4 engravings of male family members of the Bauhin family in Switzerland.

One engraving features Swiss physician Johann Bauhin (1541-1612) and brother of Caspar (Gaspard) Bauhin.

One engraving features Swiss botanist and anatomist Caspar (Gaspard) Bauhin (1560-1624). The engraving is a variation possibly by Flemish artist Johann Theodor de Bry (1561-1623).

One engraving features Swiss physician Hieronymus Bauhin (1637–1667). He was a professor of Anatomy and Botany before becoming a professor of Theoretical Medicine at the University of Basel in Switzerland. The engraving is by French artist Pierre Aubry (1610-1686). This item likely dates between 1650-1667.

One engraving features Swiss professor Johann Caspar Bauhin. This print likely dates between 1750-1850. It's printed text is: "Ion: Casp: Bauhinus. Casp: Fil: Basiliensis M:D et Prof: ord :"
