Biographical / Historical
Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination was an exhibition created by the Museum of Science that featured props and costumes used in the Star Wars films. The exhibit focuses mainly on the science behind the films visions. The exhibit considers the boundaries of science and science fiction. It raises and tries to answer the question; How has the Star Wars culture influenced and inspired cutting-edge science and technology? The exhibit, according to its planner Ed Rodley, "uses Star Wars not as a blueprint, but as an inspiration to think about what our future could be like."
