Annual Report, 1983 - 1984
Scope and Contents
This subseries documents general administrative activities and topics that do not fall into the scope of any of the other subseries. The bulk of the subseries consists of annual reporting data generated by Planetarium staff. This data includes attendance numbers, summaries of major activities, and personnel changes and was incorporated into the Museum-wide annual reports. The subseries also includes multi-year statistical summaries, department organization summaries, correspondence from visitors, conference planning documentation, and gift records.

Conditions Governing Access
This collection is open for research with the exception of certain files that are listed as restricted. Certain files which contain sensitive legal, financial, or personal information are restricted.
As a preservation measure due to the fragile condition of some materials, access may be restricted to where only Archives staff can handle the materials.
